1/25 scale Coronado
I got a bit excited over Jamie's Western Star, now he is building a container chassis for it so I got the "large bug"!
Let's hope that I can keep it going till the finish.........a LOT more work in this scale for sure! This is where I am so far. |

I finally managed to prime and sand the Coronado and get it into paint. Here is the latest prop shot with the colour. Still a long way to go before we can call it finished! |

| I just picked up a yard goat the other day and did some fooling round with it; added rear fenders, light beacon on roof and changed the exhaust stack tip. It is a great little unit even though I have no love for these trucks, they are a must for moving trailers and Athearn did a beautiful job on this unit! I also bought a pair of 53' container chassis to make one into a 48' for hauling the Canadian Tire container. |
