Westbound CP Rail intermodal train east of Kamloops as it follows the Thompson River. Eastbound CP Rail mixed train as it approaches the first tunnel portal of the Spiral Tunnels near Field, BC
The engines haved exited the tunnel and are almost over top of the rest of the train. Here you can see the engines crossing over top of the rest of the cars as it is winding through the Spiral Tunnels.
You can make out the engines in the foreground which are on the near side of the slope. The rest of the train is visible in the background. From this point on, the train crosses under the Trans Canada Highway and continues to climb into more of the Sprial Tunnels to get to the elevation it needs to carry on toward Lake Louise and Banff and points east.
