Macon, GA based Blair Moving & Storage was loading up the belongings from this house near where I live in Perry, GA on June 4, 2009. Bonus Transportation, Inc. from Apopka, FL is one of the core haulers for the big Perdue chicken processing plant outside of Perry. This sharp Pete leased to them was at the Great Inn next to the Perry Walmart. The driver of this J & M Tank Lines, Inc.from Americus, GA F/L Columbia belongs to the fleets Million Mile club from what the decal on the sleeper says. He had pulled into the Perry Walmart lot on June 4, 2009.

In my opinion, Marten Transport Ltd. out of Mondovi, WI has one of the most colorful and eye catching graphics layout of all the big truckload fleets in the United States. This Columbia was at the Perry Walmart right off of I-75 X-136 on June 4, 2009. This sharp red Autocar was stopped in front the restaurant by Indian River Truck Brokerage on Florida Route 60 West of Vero Beach in the early 1990's. I came across this tent revival ministries Dodge from Marion County, Florida that was at a church in Jackson, TN when we were living there in early 1991.

An Aeromax Ford was pulling this set of C-F twins N.B. on I-95 near W. Melbourne, FL in the mid 90's. Taken in late Jan.1987 from a pullout along N.B. U.S. 101 near Solvang, CA not too far N. of that Tunnel above the Santa Barbara area. Here's a view of morning rush hour traffic on I-24 in Chattanooga, TN as seen from near the high Missionary Ridge bridge that crosses over it. That's Lookout mountain in the hazy background.

This was from the balcony of the Motel 6 Lisa and i stayed at in Mojave,CA in early Feb. 1986. Notice the GMC Astro leased to Malone from Birmingham, AL rolling by the motel. Low clouds over the Nevada desert S. of Las Vegas on I-15 in Jan. 1987. A Mack Ultraliner for Thrifty Drug Stores and a KWCOE leased to Schaffer Trucking descending down from Donner Pass on the West side of California's Sierra Nevada Mountains on I-80 in January 1986.

I wanted to get a decent shot of my truck next to an awesome rig and I think I found the perfect rig in Cocoa Beach, FL with this 3-Way Van Lines from Sunnyvale, CA sitting pretty in the morning sun back in late summer 1991. An extra sharp Brockway that belonged to Spaulding's, Inc. from Fair Haven, VT which pulled into the Palm Bay, FL Speedway along I -95 in the mid 90's. On his bumper he had a VT tag that read Brockway plus a Florida license plate. Early morning shot of this F/L leased to National Carriers parked on the shoulder of an on-ramp to Westbound I-40 near Lexington, TN while the driver caught a few zzz's in Oct. 1988.

These two container haulers were climbing toward the summit that crosses over the Appalachian Mountains on S.bound I-26 right near the TN/NC state line in Nov. 2008. Blue Pete Autohauler: C & D Trucking at the Perry Walmart Red T-2000 autohauler: Big Blue Auto Transport from Kentucky. Not sure why Big Blue is running a solid red with a name like Big Blue. June 2009 at All State Citgo I-75 X-121 Unadilla, GA.

F/L Coronado: Lee River Coronado about sunset at the St George, SC Wilco/Hess, I-95 X-82. UPI (United Precast, Inc.) Autocar from Mt Vernon, OH. Taken at their company yard in Mt Vernon in early May, 2009. A NAVL IH Transtar II stopped along U.S. 1 in Ft Pierce, FL sometime during fall of 1980.

Builders Transport from Camden, SC with this White Road Commander II taken at the former Courtesy House 76 Auto Truck Stop near Vero Beach around 1990. Collins Moving Systems, Inc. from Kokomo, IN in a very colorful Pete 362 COE taken at the former Courtesy House 76 Auto Truck Stop near Vero Beach around 1990. One sharp Freightliner nick named "Intimidator" not sure where from or of the name on the door. I really like the way the windshield is highlighted around the edges.

A very nice looking Mack CH for K & S Tank Lines from Copperhill, TN that was layed over at a Days Inn right off of I-24 on top of Monteagle Summit in Tennessee on July 24, 2009. The United States flag in the windshield kind of accentuates the Covenant company colors of this Columbia that was in a lineup of semi's at the Mid-Tennesse early evening July 23, 2009. One awesome wrecker for Monteagle Wrecker Service. He was posed nicely at the company garage July 24, 2009 on top of Monteagle Summit near I-24 in Tennessee.

Their small moving fleet colors and logo are real eye catchers on the highway.

This beautiful KW with livestock trailer for ARP Trucking from Altoona, IA was at the Mid-Tennessee Truck Stop on the afternoon of July 23, 2009. Early in the evening on July 23, 2009 this Pete leased to Alco Transportation out of Detroit, MI was taking a break at the Mid -Tennessee at X-288 of I-40 near Cookeville, TN. Cooke Trucking, Inc. from Mt Airy, NC Eastbound on I-40 near Cookeville Exit 287 on July 24, 2009.

An O/O going by the name of O'Quin's Trucking from Cumberland, VA told me he usually hauls timber products, but since that industry is slow he has gone back on the road leasing on with J.B. Hunt. J & R Schugel Prostar layed over at America's Best Inn in Perry at I-75 X-136 in June 2009. Here's two good looking "rides" side by side at the Vero Beach, FL T/A. An O/O pulling a Dean Foods reefer and a Freightliner for Lasco Bathware taken in early 2004. J.L. Lewis out of Deland, FL (I believe) rans some mighty bright T-6's in the mid 90's. This one was at the Vero Beach T/A in 1996 or 97.

Two Scranton, PA based fleets. Emiliani Trucking, Inc. & Apple House at the Youngstown, OH Petro in May 1990. Brakebush Transportation, Inc. out of Westfield, WI is one of my top favorite private fleets. It's not just because their home base has the same name as my hometown either. Brakebush has really nice colors and graphics plus they have run premium Kenworth vehicles for years. I was blessed to capture this T-8 as he was backing into a spot at the Pilot Travel Center along U.S. 23 & U.S. 30 near Upper Sandusky, OH in early May 2009. Big F/L Classic leased to Enterprise Truck Line from Valpariso, IN that just pulled off from the fuel pumps at the Warner Robins Pilot I-75 X-146 in June 2009.

Heart of Georgia Peanut Company CH Mack at the company elevator in Hawkinsville, Georgia in late June 2009. Nothing fancy, just a nice clean machine. "Ridin the Storm Out"! One awesome Pete for Lindeman Lines LLC out of Racine, WI that was parked at the Perry, GA Walmart early one morning in July 2009. Some kind of an eye catching Pete for First Class Services parked at the Warner Robins Pilot during the early morning in June 2009.

CBF Trucking Ltd out of Manitoba Canada at the Ft Pierce, FL Flying J in 2004 Steel hauler Farris Trucking, Inc. from Haleyville, AL was layed over at motel along U.S. 45 on the S. side of Jackson, TN in early 1991. One eye popping classic looking Pete that I was able to get the driver to pause for a few seconds as he was pulling out of the Madison, GA T/A where I-20 & U.S. 441 cross on Nov.5, 2008.

McTyre Trucking from Orlando, FL with this extra long bridge beam stopped at the S.B. I-95 rest area 169 m.m. S. of Palm Bay around 2000/2001. Harrow Truck Lines Toronto, Ontario at the Ft Pierce, FL Flying J along I-95. Hollis Hall, Inc. from White Pine, TN has his super looking Western Star Leased to UPS Freight and was also at the Perry W/M in August 2009.

T.D. Rowe Transport from Deland, FL has this big Yellow Freightliner Classic leased to Pemberton Truck Lines, Inc. from Knoxville, TN at the Perry W/M in Aug 2009. Triple E Trucking, Inc. from NC was stopped at the NB service plaza on the Southern end of the WV Turnpike (I-77) in early May 2009. O/O with this sharp Autocar leased to Decker Transport Riverdale, NJ at the Tennessee Welcome Center on I-155 near Dyersburg, TN in the early 1990's.
