Ron Simmons holding the very first freight bill delivered out of the Willig Terminal expansion in Kent. Ron was the #2 seniority driver in Kent and he transfered to the Olympia terminal when it opened several years later along with Johnny Moore.

We started operations in Kent in August 1984 and the system closed Oct. 1st 1995.

Dump trucking and paving pictured was done by M.A Segale which is where Steve Reeder retired out of 12 years after willig folded.
I worked there for 8 years but retired as a Teamster Heavy Construction Business Agent 12 years later
